Solidcore Partners is a joint venture business relationship between Barsocchi & Company and Bradbury Properties that began in early 2010. Together with our equity partners, we presently own three properties in central Denver, Colorado: the Atrii apartment complex, the Vitruvius apartment building and the Ten30 apartments. We are equity investors in the Jasmine Cove apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina, and two apartment communities in North Carolina: Brynn Marr Village in Jacksonville, and Colony Village in New Bern.
Strategically, as is typical of all our assets, we look to be long-term investors through yield-oriented real estate ownership.
Notwithstanding our proclivity for long-term ownership, in some circumstances the company will execute short-term investments. For example, Solidcore acquired and re-zoned the 4.5-acre former Flood Middle School property at Hampden and Broadway in Englewood, Colorado, before remediating and demolishing the existing structure, and selling to a national builder for a 306-unit luxury apartment project.
