Edward Barsocchi is a 35-year+ veteran of real estate and related businesses. After 11 years with national developer Lowe Enterprises, he formed Barsocchi & Company, Inc. in June of 2006. The firm’s core business is real estate investment, development and consulting.
Mr. Barsocchi has played various development or construction management roles in such notable downtown Denver, Colorado high-rise projects as: the twin tower 790,000 SF One Denver Place mixed-use property, the 31-story Stellar Plaza office building, the 43-story 635,000 SF 1999 Broadway office building, and the re-positioning of the three-tower 535,000 SF Park Central mixed-use complex. He was also an executive-level development manager for the six-building 700,000 SF Interpark70 industrial development and the 350-home Aspen Creek residential land development project. He was the development manager for the 209-acre Arista mixed-use project in Broomfield, Colorado. Among his roles while with Lowe, he was involved in regional property repositioning over a territory including Colorado, Texas and the Midwest.
Mr. Barsocchi was a key constituent in bringing about the re-development of downtown Denver’s Skyline Park. Edward is a LEED Accredited Professional and a former Licensed Real Estate Broker (no longer active). He was the 2002/2003 Downtown Denver Partnership Volunteer Partner of the Year, and a two-term mayoral appointee to the Denver Building Code Revision Committee.
